Palm Breeze Villa Boracay is a beach front hotel located on Boracay’s Bulabog Beach. This is a white sand beach known as one of the best kiteboarding and windsurfing spots in the world. 
Our Boracay B&B hotel has a slightly elevated position at the corner of the bay, offering guests privacy and magnificent views over the whole of Bulabog beach and the sea from our spacious sundeck and shady pavilion. Enjoy the swimming pool with a waterfall flowing into it, and relax at the swim up bar. 

 

Palm Breeze Villa is slightly sheltered by the curve of the bay, so that we enjoy gentle breezes year round, without the need to put up wind breakers. Enjoy watching the Boracay kiteboarding / kitesurfing and windsurfing action from your room or while relaxing on the sun-deck.

We are located beach front on Bulabog Beach Boracay. Bulabog Beach is a white sand beach located on Boracay's eastern side. This side has a quieter and more relaxed vibe than the busy White Beach.  Bulabog Beach Boracay's steady winds and calm waters have made it become known as the best kiteboarding / kitesurfing and windsurfing destination in Asia. Featuring several first class kiteboarding schools that offer equipment hire as well as lessons at all levels taught by IKO-certified instructors.  Bulabog Beach Boracay is the home of the Funboard cup, and many international events now take place here regularly.

 

Palm Breeze Villa is just one minute’s walk from a Boracay kiteboarding and windsurfing school/equipment rental shop with its own small friendly snack bar.

 

Palm Breeze Villa Boracay B&B hotel is about 10 minutes walk to D’Mall, Boracay’s main shopping/restaurant area and about 15 minutes walk to White Beach Boracay. This is where you will find a large selection of shops, restaurants, cosy bars and vibrant night clubs where every night is a party and the music and dancing go on until the early hours of the morning.
