Payment terms: We take full payment in advance - upon booking you will be sent an online bill so you can safely pay online for your reservation. The bill is sent through Paypal, but you can pay the bill using any major credit card and do not have to join Paypal.

 

Cancellation policy:  50% refund less transfer charges for cancellations made one month or more in advance. No refunds for cancellations made less than a month in advance or for no-shows.

 

 

 

Rates are for single or double occupancy in the room. For a third person we charge an additional US$25 per night. Maximum occupancy in the Deluxe rooms is 3 persons. Maximum occupancy in the Horizon Suite and the Bauhinia Studio is 2 persons.
