A baby crib is provided free for children under 2 years of age on request. A child aged 4 or under is free if sharing a bed with his/her parents. There is a charge of US$25 per night for a third person in the room over the age of 4 years, and an extra bed will be provided.

Payment terms: We take full payment in advance - upon booking you will be sent an online bill so you can safely pay online for your reservation. The bill is sent through Paypal, but you can pay the bill using any major credit card and do not have to join Paypal.

 

Cancellation policy:  50% refund less transfer charges for cancellations made one month or more in advance. No refunds for cancellations made less than a month in advance or for no-shows.

 

 

 

Rates are for single or double occupancy in the room. For a third person we charge an additional US$25 per night. Maximum occupancy is 3 persons aged 4 or above per room.
