Our Boracay hotel has a slightly elevated position on Bulabog Beach, at the corner of the bay offering guests privacy and magnificent views over the whole of Bulabog beach and the sea from our spacious sundeck and shady pavilion. Cool off in the swimming pool with a little waterfall flowing into it, and relax at the swim up bar. 

 

A stone staircase leads through the garden to a small naturally shaded private beach nestled in the rocks, where guests can enjoy relaxing massages on our specially built massage tables. Another pathway takes you to a gate with direct access to the main beach, the road and public transportation.

 

Palm Breeze Villa is slightly sheltered by the curve of the bay, so that we enjoy gentle breezes year round, without the need to put up wind breakers. Enjoy watching the Boracay kiteboarding / kitesurfing and windsurfing action from your room or while relaxing on the sun-deck.

 

For your convenience, free Wireless broadband internet access (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the resort so you can even check your emails while relaxing by the pool or in the pavilion.

Location, Location, Location!!

We are located beach front on Bulabog Beach Boracay on Boracay's Eastern coast. This side has a quieter and more relaxed vibe than the busy White Beach. Our hotel is located at the narrow central part of Boracay Island, and the distance from Bulabog Beach to White Beach is less than a kilometre and takes only about 10 to 15 minutes to walk!

Palm Breeze Villa is located beside an excellent Boracay kiteboarding and windsurfing school/equipment rental shop which also has its own small friendly snack bar. There is an Italian/Japanese restaurant just 2 minutes walk down the road, and several other restaurants and bars along Bulabog Beach all within less than ten minutes walk from the hotel.


Palm Breeze Villa Boracay hotel is also only about 10 minutes walk to D’Mall, Boracay’s main shopping/restaurant area and about 15 minutes walk to White Beach Boracay. This is where you will find a large selection of shops, restaurants, cosy bars and vibrant night clubs where every night is a party and the music and dancing go on until the early hours of the morning.

At the end of the evening, our guests enjoy escaping the crowds and coming back to the peacefulness of Palm Breeze Villa Boracay hotel.

Hotel Rooms:

Palm Breeze Villa is a boutique Boracay hotel with just five spacious, luxurious rooms; 3 Deluxe rooms and 2 suites. All rooms are individually decorated to make you feel at home, and are equipped with 32" LCD TV's, quiet air conditioning, spacious en-suite bathrooms, refrigerators and in-room safes. Food:

We have a covered dining terrace where guests can order from our breakfast menu every day from 8:00am to 10:30 am, or from our drinks menu from 8:00am to 6:00pm. We do not serve lunch or dinner, but we have home-delivery menus from some local restaurants, and there are several restaurants, snack shops and bars within less than five minutes walk from the hotel. Children:

 

For children, we have high chairs for the breakfast dining terrace, baby bath's available, and baby cribs for the room. Use of these items is free. Child sized breakfasts may also be ordered for children under the age of 12, at half the price of the adult meals. Babysitting service is offered at very reasonable rates.
